snmpd.conf configuration for monitoring SNMP

Problem 

User wants to Monitor Linux with SNMPD but HOST-RESOURCE-MIB is not loaded properly and cannot monitor disk / memory usage

Solution

replace the content of /etc/snmp/snmpd.conf

#agentAddress udp:161,udp6:[::1]:161

com2sec monitor 10.0.0.100 COMMUNITHY
com2sec notConfigUser default public

group notConfigGroup v1 notConfigUser
group notConfigGroup v2c notConfigUser

view systemview included .1.3.6.1.2.1.1

access notConfigGroup “” any noauth exact systemview none none
