Time Tracking, Calendar & AI Assistant
Time, timesheets, leave, reminders, calendar, to-dos, notes and contacts in one application — with an AI assistant that answers from your own registry rather than guessing.
The other half of the job.
Document collection is the headline, but an office manager’s actual week is reminders, the calendar, the timesheet, time off, the to-do list and knowing who to call. Those are in the same application, against the same contacts and projects, which is the only reason the time you tracked can become the invoice you send.
Time, tasks, calendar and people in one place.
Time is tracked against projects and clients; the timesheet is built from it; billing is built from the timesheet. Reminders and obligations sit on the same calendar as everything else. Notes and contacts are filed against the vendors and projects they belong to, so context survives the person who had it.
- Time tracking, timesheets and time off
- Calendar sync, reminders and recurring obligations
- To-dos, including ones generated from an incoming document
- Notes and contacts attached to vendors and projects
- A periodic briefing of what happened and what is coming

Ask it, rather than filter for it.
The assistant works over your own registry: what did we pay this vendor last year, what is outstanding, what is due this week, which contract covers this. It answers from the records the collectors built, which is what stops it from being a chatbot with opinions — the data it reasons over is the data you can click through to.
The AI extraction and assistant modules are part of the commercial edition. A community build has the registry, search and filters, and no model in the path.
