Privacy Policy
How Tracston Ltd ("Tracston", "we", "us") collects, uses and protects your personal data when you use www.tracstone.com. Last updated June 2026.
Who we are
The data controller is Tracston Ltd, Hod HaSharon, Israel. For any privacy request, contact ms@tracston.com.
What we collect
- Information you give us — when you submit the contact form or the project designer (name, work email, phone, company and the project details you choose to share).
- Usage data — privacy-friendly, self-hosted analytics (Matomo) about pages visited and how the site is used. Analytics run cookieless unless you accept cookies in the cookie banner.
- Technical data — server logs (IP address, browser/user agent, timestamps) kept for security and to keep the service running.
How we use it & our lawful basis
- To respond to your enquiry and scope/deliver work you ask for — performance of a contract / steps prior to a contract, and your consent where you submit a form.
- To measure and improve the site — our legitimate interest in running a usable site (cookieless), or your consent for cookie-based analytics.
- To keep the site and our systems secure — legitimate interest.
Cookies
We set non-essential (analytics) cookies only with your consent. Essential cookies needed to run the site and remember your cookie choice are always set. See the Cookie Policy for the full list, and use Cookie settings to change your choice at any time.
Sharing
We do not sell your personal data. Form submissions are stored in our own systems and may generate a notification to our team and a support ticket in our self-hosted Resolve System. We use self-hosted infrastructure on servers we control; we do not share your data with third-party advertising networks.
Retention
We keep enquiry data for as long as needed to handle your request and our legitimate business records, then delete or anonymise it. Server logs are rotated regularly.
Your rights
Under the GDPR and applicable law you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict or object to processing of your personal data, and to data portability and to withdraw consent. To exercise any right, email ms@tracston.com and we will respond within the statutory timeframe. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data-protection authority.
International transfers
Our infrastructure is self-hosted. Where data is processed outside your country, we rely on appropriate safeguards.
Changes
We may update this policy; the "last updated" date above reflects the current version.
