Land Assets & Client Ownership

Properties keyed by block, parcel and plan number the way the registry keys them, with fractional and joint ownership, owner percentages and the full communication history.

Land & clients

Block, parcel, plan — and everyone with a share in it.

The registry’s own keys

Identified the way the registry identifies it.

Properties carry block (Gush), parcel (Helka) and sub-parcel numbers alongside the plan number, municipality and district. That is not a cosmetic choice: it is how an enquiry arrives, how the registry extract is issued, and how a committee decision refers to the land. Searching by parcel is therefore a first-class operation rather than a full-text guess.

  • Block, parcel and sub-parcel, with plan number, municipality and district
  • Owners list with ownership percentages and shares in the land
  • Joint-ownership agreements held against the parcel
  • Legal status tracked on the property, not in a note
  • Search by block, parcel or plan as readily as by name

People

Owners, consultants and the record of talking to them.

Clients carry identity, contact details, contact preferences and their share in the land. Every communication is recorded against them, so a case that changes hands does not lose the four years of context that made it make sense. Consultants are modelled separately, with their agreements and the costs they generate.
